As in most Valley suburbs, Ventura Boulevard serves as a dividing line for the “Haves” and the “Have Mores.” Homes north of the boulevard are largely condos and rental apartments, while larger, more expensive single-family homes are found to the south. Woodland Hills and Tarzana are home to almost any chain restaurant or store one could ever need, with most found on either Topanga Canyon Boulevard or Canoga Avenue, north of Ventura.
