Composer REST server

Composer's REST server utilizes a standalone Node.js process and exposes a set of RESTful API endpoints from a deployed composer business network. These generated APIs can interact with fabric chaincode. The side code can then trigger create, read, update, delete (CRUD) for assets, participants, and transactions.
