The history of Jason of Athens remains mostly obscure. It is rumored that he is as old as Marius, although others speculate that he might be as old as Gregory Duff Collingsworth. Jason enters into the Chronicles after the death of Rhoshamandes in the twenty-first century, when he appears at Château de Lioncourt for the first Winter Solstice Ball.
