The Vampire Chronicles are interwoven novels, which as of 2018 total thirteen. If the two books from the series New Tales of the Vampires are included in the canon, the list totals fifteen books. Three Vampire Chronicles—Merrick, Blackwood Farm, and Blood Canticle—cross over into the series Lives of the Mayfair Witches.
