The Secret Grip

Have you ever tried lying still and making love using muscle power alone? All you need are strong pelvic floor (“PC”) muscles and a willing man. And, as I’ve discovered, strong PC muscles bring other sexual benefits, too: you’ll have more powerful orgasms and your vagina and G-spot will become super-sensitive.

TEST YOUR MUSCLE POWER

Imagine you want to stop yourself from peeing – tense those muscles. To strengthen your PC muscles, lie on your back on the bed/floor with your knees bent. Imagine that your lover is inside you and you’re trying to grip his penis hard. Squeeze your vaginal muscles tight (but keep your abdominal muscles and the rest of your body relaxed). Hold the squeeze for at least four seconds, then relax completely. Repeat this five times in a row and try to do it three times a day. During sex, use your PC muscles to grip him for as long as you can and use a combination of fast and slow squeezes.
