Sex Dares

If you haven’t left your sexual comfort zone recently, try playing sex dares. I’ve always found it a great way to shake up my sex life, and I love thinking up naughty things I can do with my lover.

PLAYING THE GAME

Get two pieces of paper. Each write down a list of sex dares or “sexcapades” in the categories: “Easy”, “Full-on” and “I couldn’t possibly do that … or could I?” For example:

• Easy: have a Brazilian wax; let him give me oral sex outdoors; act out a scene from an erotic movie.

• Full-on: have webcam sex; describe then demonstrate how I like to pleasure myself; play kinky doctor and nurse …

• I couldn’t possibly do that … or could I: reveal a really kinky fantasy; make a sex film; have anal sex; be a dominatrix.

Allocate your dares to three piles according to their category. On a weekly dare night, pluck a slip of paper from the easy pile. You can work up to the “I couldn’t possibly ...” dares.
