Ingredients

●2 egg whites
●¼ teaspoon ghee
●4 tablespoons coconut flakes
●1 teaspoon Erythritol
●1 tablespoon almond meal
Directions
:
Whisk the egg whites until strong peaks. Then slowly add the almond meal and coconut flakes. Add Erythritol and stir the mixture until homogenous with the help of the silicone spatula. Toss ghee in the instant pot and preheat it on sauté mode for 2 minutes. Then with the help of the spoon, make the clouds from egg white mixture and put them in the hot ghee. Close the lid and cook the dessert on sauté mode for 4 minutes.
