Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients :
●1 teaspoon butter
●½ cup heavy cream
●2 egg, beaten
●1 cup water, for cooking
●2 tablespoons cocoa powder
●1 teaspoon Splenda
Directions :
Pour heavy cream in the mixing bowl and whisk it until you get strong peaks. Add Splenda and cocoa powder. Whisk the mixture until smooth. After this, whisk the eggs in the separated bowl. Slowly start to add whisked eggs in the whipped cream mixture. Stir it until smooth. Grease the ramekins with butter.  Pour the whipped cream mixture in the ramekins. Pour water and insert the steamer rack in the instant pot. Place the ramekins with mousse on the trivet and close the lid. Cook the mousse for 3 hours on Manual (low pressure).
