Plums and Raisins Mix

Ingredients:
• ¼ cup raisins
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pound plums, pitted and halved
• 1 cup coconut water
• ½ cup swerve
Directions:
In your instant pot, combine the plums with the water and the rest of the ingredients, put the lid on and cook on High for 15 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the mix into bowls and serve.
