Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients :
●1 cup water, for cooking
●1 egg, beaten
●2 teaspoons cream cheese
●¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
●1 teaspoon Splenda
●¼ teaspoon coconut oil
●2 tablespoons peanut flour 
Directions :
In the mixing bowl mix up cream cheese with vanilla extract, peanut flour, coconut oil, egg, and Splenda. When the mixture is smooth, transfer it in the muffin molds. Pour water and insert the trivet in the instant pot. Place the muffin molds on the trivet and close the lid. Cook the cheesecake bites on manual mode (high pressure) for 12 minutes. When the time is over, allow the natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
