Vanilla and Cocoa Cream

Ingredients:
•    1 and ½ cups water
•    1 and ½ cups heavy cream
•    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
•    3 tablespoons swerve
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the heavy cream with the rest of the ingredients except the water, whisk well and divide into 4 ramekins. Put the water in the instant pot, add the steamer basket, put the ramekins inside, put the lid on and cook on High for 5 minutes. Release the pressure fast for 5 minutes and serve the cream cold.
