Ingredients

●2 tablespoons almond butter
●½ cup of organic almond milk
●1 tablespoon almond flakes
●2 tablespoons Erythritol
●1 cup water, for cooking
●¼ teaspoon baking powder
●3 tablespoons coconut flour
●1 egg, beaten
●½ cup almond flour
●½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
:
Make the tart crust: mix up together almond flour with almond butter, baking powder, and egg. Knead the dough. Then place the dough in the instant pot tart mold. Flatten it with the help of the fingertips in the shape of the tart crust. Pour water and insert the steamer rack in the instant pot. Place the tart mold on the rack and close the lid. Cook it on manual mode (high pressure) for 8 minutes. Then make a quick pressure release and remove the tart crust from it. Cool it well. After this, clean the instant pot and remove the steamer rack. Pour almond milk in the instant pot. Add coconut flour, Erythritol, and ground cinnamon. Bring the liquid to boil on sauté mode. Stir it constantly. Then switch off the instant pot. Pour the almond milk thick liquid over the pie crust and flatten well. Top the tart with almond flakes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
