Avocado Brownies

Ingredients :
●1 tablespoon almond butter
●½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
●½ teaspoon baking powder
●3 tablespoons Erythritol
●1 teaspoon vanilla extract
●1 cup water, for cooking
●1 egg, beaten
●1 avocado, peeled, pitted
●1 tablespoon cocoa powder
●4 tablespoons almond flour 
Directions :
Churn the avocado till the creamy texture. Add cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix up the mixture until it is smooth. Then add almond flour, baking powder, Erythritol, and apple cider vinegar. Stir the mass well and pour in the instant pot baking mold. Flatten the surface and cover it with the foil. Pierce the foil with the help of the toothpick. Pour water and insert the trivet in the instant pot. Place the baking mold with a brownie on the trivet and close the lid. Cook the dessert for 14 minutes on manual mode (high pressure). When the time is finished, make a quick pressure release and remove the brownie. Discard the foil and cut the brownie into bars.
