Plums and Berries Compote

Ingredients:
• 1 cup plums, pitted and halved
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 and ½ cups water
• ¾ cup swerve
Directions:
In your instant pot, mix the plums with the berries and the rest of the ingredients, put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the compote into bowls and serve.
