Ingredients

●¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
●4 tablespoons butter
●¾ cup of cocoa powder
●1 tablespoon ricotta cheese
●1 oz dark chocolate
Directions
:
Preheat the instant pot on sauté mode for 3 minutes. Place chocolate in the instant pot. Add butter and ricotta cheese. Then add vanilla extract and cook the ingredients until you get liquid mixture. Then add cocoa powder and whisk it to avoid the lumps. Line the glass mold with baking paper and pour the hot liquid mixture inside. Flatten it gently. Refrigerate it until solid. Then cut/crack the cooked fudge into the serving pieces.
