Vanilla Cream Mix

Ingredients:
•    1 cup heavy cream
•    2 cups water
•    ½ cup swerve
•    4 tablespoons sour cream
•    ½ cup cocoa powder
•    4 tablespoons butter
•    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
•    16 ounces cream cheese, soft
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the vanilla with the butter and the rest of the ingredients except the water, whisk well and divide into 4 ramekins. Add the water to the instant pot, add the steamer basket, put the ramekins inside, put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, and serve the cream cold.
