Cinnamon Cream

Ingredients:
•    2 tablespoons lime juice
•    1 and ½ cups coconut cream
•    1 cup swerve
•    1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
•    4 eggs, whisked
•    1 teaspoon lime zest, grated
•    1 and ½ cups water   
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the lime juice and the rest of the ingredients except the water, whisk well and divide into 4 ramekins. Put the water in the instant pot, add the steamer basket, put the ramekins inside, put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, and serve the cream cold.
