Ingredients

●2 tablespoons butter
●1 teaspoon vanilla extract
●3 eggs, beaten
●1 cup coconut flour
●1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped
●3 tablespoons Splenda
●1 teaspoon pumpkin spices
●1 cup water, for cooking
●¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
●½ teaspoon ground cardamom
●2 tablespoons cream cheese
●½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
●¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
Directions
:
Make the pie batter: whisk together coconut flour, butter, cream cheese, ground cinnamon, ground turmeric, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla extract, peanuts, eggs, pumpkin spices, and Splenda. When the batter is prepared, pour it in the instant pot pie mold. Flatten the surface of the pie well. Pour water and insert the steamer rack in the instant pot. Place the pie on the steamer rack and close the lid. Cook the pie on manual mode (high pressure) for 45 minutes. When the time is over, make the quick pressure release and open the lid. Cool the pie to the room temperature and cut into the servings.
