●¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
●2 tablespoons almond flour
●1 teaspoon heavy cream
●½ teaspoon butter, softened
●¼ oz dark chocolate
Directions
:
Preheat the instant pot on sauté mode for 3 minutes. Then add almond flour, butter, and heavy cream. Add peppermint extract and dark chocolate. Saute the mixture for 2 minutes. Stir well. Then line the tray with baking paper. With the help of the spoon make the cookies from the peppermint mixture and transfer on the prepared baking paper. Refrigerate the cookies for 20 minutes.
