Coconut Crack Bars

Ingredients :
●1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
●4 tablespoons coconut oil
●1 egg, beaten
●2 tablespoons coconut flour
●2 tablespoons monk fruit
Directions :
In the mixing bowl combine together 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, coconut flour, egg, and coconut flakes. Then add monk fruit and stir the mixture well with the help of the spoon. The prepared mixture should be homogenous. After this, toss the remaining coconut oil in the instant pot and heat it up on sauté mode. Meanwhile, make the small bars from the coconut mixture. Place them in the hot coconut oil in one layer and cook for 1 minute from each side. Dry the cooked coconut bars with a paper towel if needed.
