Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients :
●½ cup heavy cream
●½ cup of coconut milk
●2 tablespoons cocoa powder
●¼ cup Erythritol
●2 tablespoons coconut flour
●1 teaspoon gelatin
●2 tablespoons water
Directions :
In the shallow bowl whisk together gelatin and water. Leave the mixture. Then pour heavy cream and coconut milk in the instant pot. Add cocoa powder and whisk the liquid until it is homogenous. Add Erythritol and coconut flour. Cook the liquid on sauté mode for 10 minutes. Stir it from time to time with the help of the spoon to avoid burning. When the time is over, cool the liquid for 10 minutes and add gelatin mixture. Stir it until gelatin is dissolved. Transfer the pudding in the serving cups.
