Ingredients

- ½ cup butter
- 5 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Erythritol
- ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
- 4 pecans, chopped
Directions
:
Place the butter in the instant pot and melt it on sauté mode. Add heavy cream and Erythritol. Stir the mixture well and sauté for 2 minutes. After this, add xanthan gum and pecan. Stir well and cook the mixture for 3 minutes more. Line the baking tray with baking paper. With the help of the spoon, place the pecan mixture in the tray in the shape of circles. Refrigerate the pralines until they are solid.
