Coconut and Macadamia Chocolate Cream

Ingredients:
- 3 ounces chocolate, unsweetened and melted
- 2 tablespoons macadamia nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut, unsweetened and shredded
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1 cup coconut cream
- ¾ cup swerve
- 2 cups water
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the chocolate with the nuts and the other ingredients except the water, whisk well and divide into ramekins. Add the water to the instant pot, add the steamer basket, put the ramekins inside, put the lid on and cook on High for 15 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes and serve the cream cold.
