Strawberries and Pecans Cream

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces strawberries
- 4 ounces coconut cream
- 1 cup stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
- 1 and ½ cups water
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the strawberries with the cream and the other ingredients except the water, whisk well and divide into 4 ramekins. Add the water to your instant pot, add the steamer basket, add the ramekins inside, put the lid on and cook on High for 10 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, and serve cold.
