Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, whisked
- ½ cup ghee, melted
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 and ¾ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup swerve
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Cooking spray
- 1 and ½ cups water
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the ghee and the rest of the ingredients except the cooking spray and the water and whisk well. Put the water in the instant pot, add the steamer basket inside, arrange the cookies inside, spray them with cooking spray, put the lid on and cook on High for 30 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, and serve the cookies cold.
