Abalone Shell Bracelet and Necklace
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Draw Zentangle patterns on each shell disk using a Black Micron pen, being careful not to smear the ink. Let dry. - 2. Apply several very light coats of acrylic, allowing it to dry between coats.-
BRACELET: Create a chain of jump rings long enough to go around your wrist. Attach a clasp. Attach shells to bracelet with jump rings. Use head pins to create beaded dangles. Attach dangles to shells.
NECKLACE: Cut 1 8 sections of Gold chain, each 1 1/2” long. Attach shells between the sections by opening the end links, threading through the hole in the shell, and closing the links with pliers. Use head pins to create beaded dangles and attach to the 7 center shells. Attach a clasp to each end of the necklace.
RED BRACELET: Golden Fluid Acrylic Quinacridone Red and Pyrrole Red • Sharpie Black fine point permanent marker GOLD BRACELET: Design Master ColorTool Spray Brilliant Gold #731 • Elmer’s Black opaque paint marker
WHITE BRACELET: Kilz Original White Pigment aerosol primer - sealer stainblocker paint • Sharpie Black fine point permanent marker
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Paint bracelet with the paint indicated. Let dry.
2. Draw Zentangle patterns on each bracelet. Let dry.
3. Apply several very light coats of acrylic, allowing it to dry between coats. Note: Apply THIN coats to keep ink from bleeding.
