Orange, Plum, and Apricot Jam

3 dates, pitted
½ cup dried plums
½ cup dried apricots
½ tsp lemon juice
½ lg orange, juiced
1 Tbs chia seeds
  1. Soak dates, apricots, and plums in boiling water to cover for twenty-five minutes, and then drain.
  2. Blend all the ingredients on high until smooth (using either a food processor or high-speed blender). Add a little more water or orange juice if necessary.
