Orange, Plum, and Apricot Jam

- Soak dates, apricots, and plums in boiling water to cover for twenty-five minutes, and then drain.
- Blend all the ingredients on high until smooth (using either a food processor or high-speed blender). Add a little more water or orange juice if necessary.
