Red and Blue Berry Lemonade Slush

Our tongue-tingling, fruity slush boasts fresh raspberries and blueberries. It’s sure to cool you off on even the hottest summer day.

PREP: 15 MIN. + FREEZING MAKES: 2 QUARTS


cups lemon juice

1/2   cups fresh raspberries

1/2   cups fresh blueberries

to 1 1/4 cups sugar

cups cold water

1. In a blender, combine the lemon juice, raspberries, blueberries and sugar. Cover and process until blended. Strain and discard seeds.

2. In a 2 1/2-qt. pitcher, combine the berry mixture and water. Pour into a freezer container. Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight.

3. Just before serving, remove from the freezer and let stand 45 minutes or until slushy.
