Honey-Balsamic Goat Cheese Dip

This is so delicious, you can’t stop eating it! You can find both the honey and goat cheese at your local farmers market.

cup crumbled goat cheese

1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise

tablespoons honey

tablespoon balsamic vinegar

medium apple, sliced

slices French bread (1/4 inch thick)

In a bowl, beat the goat cheese, mayonnaise, honey and vinegar until smooth. Serve with slices of apple and French bread.
