Dear Reader,

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my Christmas story.

Only the Lord knows why I chose such dark backstories for Pepper and Foxx. On the other hand, I hope I’ve shown how knowing our Lord Jesus personally gives us strength to overcome anything in the past.

The world seems to get crazier and I don’t even know any longer if the average person recognizes a definable line between good and bad, right and wrong. But God knows, and He outlines the way to live in the Bible. He loves His children.

Have you ever pictured Him on that opalescent throne way far in the heavens? I can see Him there, like a patient Father, waiting for me to call on Him. He made each and every one of us. He loves us. He wants us to call upon Him, no matter how big or how small our troubles.

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13). The word temptation can be interpreted as trial. I’ll let you consider that, and say no more.

If you aren’t ready to leave Pepper and Foxx yet, you could revisit them by writing a review. Authors value the time readers invest in reading our stories, and we welcome your comments. Thank you again.

I wish you Christmas in your heart all year round, and that you commune with our Lord often.

In Him,

LoRee
