SKILL LEVEL: EASY

Many little boys dream of having a Mohawk at times, but not too many moms are willing. So, why not compromise with this fun-loving design? The construction is simple, but the fringe Mohawk may take a little time and concentration.

Finishing

Weave in ends. Cut numerous pieces of CC1, CC2 and CC3 yarns that are approximately 8" (20.3cm) long. Attach CC yarns as desired to hat using fringe method then tie in an overhand knot to secure. Separate each yarn end into 3 sections each and trim to desired lengths. Sample has rows of 2 neon yellow, 2 neon orange, and 2 neon green trimmed to 1" (2.5cm) in front and gradually getting longer to 3" (7.6cm) in the back.
