Evenly sp 7 sc along side of next earflap, sc in next st, ch 4, sk 6 sts, sc in last st of earflap Row 4. Evenly sp 7 sc along earflap edge, sc in each st across front of hat. Evenly sp 7 sc along side of first earflap. Join with a sl st to first st in trim. Finish off.
Weave in ends. Make 2 large pom-poms using both colors of yarn held together. Attach to last row of earflaps. Sample pom-poms measure 5½” (14cm), but you can make yours whatever size you want.
