Living Your Life

We are almost ready to dive into the food (it’s coming, I promise). I want to talk to you from the deepest part of my heart and tell you that you do not have to live your life not feeling well! I truly believe that, as I live it every day. I have changed my entire world by following my gut, demanding answers for what ailed me, and taking my life and health into my own hands. Doctors are wonderful, but so are our amazing, transformative, self-replenishing bodies. Yours just needs the right fuel to help it heal, grow, and thrive. Whether you deal with celiac disease or another autoimmune disease, or are just so tired of feeling sick and tired, I’m here to tell you that you can change that.

I want to remind you that this is your life and your health, and you have the right to feel your best. Your body, your health, your journey. You are not alone on this road, either. There are countless people walking around every day existing in pain, frustration, and illness, who have just accepted this as their reality. It doesn’t have to be. Seek out supportive people who also demand change in their lives and start this journey with them. Having a friend to share the experience with is always a plus.
