For some people, meat is sometimes difficult to digest, and when I am eating Pure, I’m not about to have prime rib or a T-bone. However, meat gives you more easily digested protein than plants. Certainly for me, roasted chicken or baked salmon is a lot easier to digest than beans and rice. Here are my favorite meat dishes for when I am eating Pure, and while I would never force anyone to eat meat if they are against it, I do believe the recipes are potently nourishing as well as savory and delicious.
