You could buy boxes of plant milk in the store, made with fillers and sweeteners. But why do that to yourself when you can make your own pure, clean nondairy milks (sometimes people call them plant milks) at home? Hemp is my favorite seed for making plant milk, and I use Homemade Hemp Milk (here) in many of my recipes, including smoothies. And speaking of smoothies, I’ve got a couple here as well. When you are eating Pure or Clean, smoothies make a great breakfast, snack, or even dinner. These are some of my favorites and I make them often because they are easy to digest and also taste like ice cream.
