I placed the grain-heavy recipes in Indulgent because, for some people, they may still cause some inflammation. In order to keep inflammation at bay, you may need to use all grains sparingly. If you find that these healthy grains don’t cause inflammation for you, then eat to your heart’s content. I have found that for me, eating a whole loaf of my bread isn’t the best, even though I love it. I have to be more conservative when eating bread, so I only allow myself one or two pieces. Again, remember to keep your notebook on hand to record how your body feels with any dietary changes you make.
