1-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. plus 1/2 c. plus 3 T. sugar, divided
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, separated and divided
1 c. sour cream
Combine cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and butter in a bowl; reserve 2 tablespoons for topping. Press crust into a 9" pie plate; set aside. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in gently. Pour into crust and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes; cool. Mix sour cream and remaining 3 tablespoons sugar; spoon over cooled pie. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Make a sweet treat while waiting for the pie to bake. Twist scraps of remaining pie dough and roll in a mixture of cinnamon & sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes...so quick & easy!
