Brownie Cupcakes

Makes 2-1/2 dozen

4 1-oz. sqs. semi-sweet baking chocolate

1 c. butter

1-1/2 c. chopped walnuts

1-3/4 c. sugar

1 c. all-purpose flour

4 eggs

1 t. vanilla extract

In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter; stir in nuts and set aside. Combine sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla in a bowl; mix until well blended. Add to chocolate mixture; mix until just blended. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
