Key Lime-White Chocolate Chippers

Makes 2-1/2 dozen

1/2 c. butter, softened

1 c. sugar

1 egg, beaten

1 egg yolk, beaten

1-1/2 c. all-purpose flour

1 t. baking powder

1/2 t. salt

1/4 c. lime juice

1-1/2 t. lime zest

3/4 c. white chocolate chips

Blend butter, sugar, egg and egg yolk in a large bowl; blend in flour, baking powder, salt, lime juice and lime zest. Fold in chocolate chips; roll dough into walnut-size balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
