Makes about 2 dozen
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
24 milk chocolate drops, unwrapped
Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg in a bowl; mix well. Roll into small balls and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from oven; immediately press a chocolate drop in the center of each cookie.
Perfect for peanut butter cookies! Check your cupboard for glass tumblers with pretty patterns on the bottom. Just dip the glass in sugar and press to flatten walnut-size balls of dough.
