0.5 apple
30 gr. oats flakes
1 Tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp Splenda
50 ml water
60 gr. Greek yogurt
Instructions for preparation
Grate the apple with the large openings of a square grater. Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the oatmeal and cookie sheets, stirring, until almost toasted, about 2 minutes. Add the water and the grated apple and let it boil. Reduce the heat so that it continues to simmer and cook, stirring often, for 10 minutes. After cooking the oats for 10 minutes, incorporate Splenda and cinnamon when the apples are tender and the oats get thick consistency: 15 to 20 minutes more. Layer each serving with 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
