Ingredients

1 red peppers

1 clove (s) garlic

1 red onion

100 gr. cheddar cheese.

1Tsp Onion powder

300 gr. ground beef

2 eggs

3 tomatoes

Instructions for preparation

Chop the red paprika, onion, garlic well and mix all the ingredients, except the tomatoes, to incorporate everything. Shape balls and place them on the baking sheet. Bake at 375 F / 175 C for 25 minutes. Serve with cooked tomatoes.
