Ingredients

3 leaf lettuce

Roman 1 tooth (s) garlic

1 tsp: Ground pepper

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp: fresh ginger root

1 paprika green

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp: fresh parsley

1 onion

Fresh, med300 gr. ground turkey

Instructions for preparation

Chop the onion, green paprika and garlic well. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and form 3 burgers. Grind them until they are well cooked and serve on large leaves of romaine lettuce.
