Chicken with bacon and mushrooms

Ingredients

2 tbs. Butter

2 chicken breast with skin

4 garlic cloves

10 mushrooms

4 Tbsp. whipped cream

2 smoked bacon

400 gr. mixed leaves for salad

1 Tsp. Salt

Instructions for preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the melted butter in a baking dish. Add the chicken, with the skin down, and sprinkle salt and garlic. Turn the chicken, season it and place a bacon on top. Now add the mushrooms and bake for 45 minutes. Put everything on a plate. Mix the remaining broth in the baking dish with the cream and pour over the chicken. Serve with salad.
