Ingredients
2 tsp sesame oil
230 gr. ground meat
10 long onion
3 clove garlic
5 tbsp. soy sauce
720 ml chicken broth
1000 gr. fresh small spinach
2 eggs
5 tbsp. sesame seeds
100 gr. shitake mushrooms
100 gr. Fresh oyster mushrooms, sliced
Instructions for preparation
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the meat and coat it. Add the long onion, garlic, soy sauce, sliced shitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms and blend for 30 seconds. Add water or broth and let it boil, add the spinach and let simmer for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the eggs and sesame seeds with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and slowly pour them into a pot, stirring with a wooden spoon. Continue stirring for a few minutes until the eggs float on top and form small scales.
