Ingredients
4 egg
1 tsp. salt.
ground pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
50 gr. mushrooms shittake
40 gr. Broccoli
1 red peppers
30 gr. shredded feta cheese
Instructions for preparation
Mix the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl with a fork. Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet, add the mushrooms and cook until soft. Pour the eggs over the mushrooms. Add broccoli and roasted red paprika to diced egg mixture. Cook the tortilla over medium heat until the bottom is cooked. Sprinkle feta cheese on top and cook until golden.
