Ingredients
500 gr. Cauliflower
4 eggs
120 gr. fillet of whitefish
2 tsp. bay leaf dry
50 ml unsweetened soy milk
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. Butter
Instructions for preparation
Steam cook cauliflower. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil and remove from heat immediately. Cover and let the eggs stand in warm water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove them from the hot water, let them cool, peel them and place them. Place the fish in a small pot with the bay leaf. Pour enough milk to cover the fish. Boil on medium heat and cook slowly until fish is crumbled. Add cooked cauliflower and eggs.
