Ingredients
4 tomatoes

600 gr. mixed salad leaves
100 gr. Swiss cheese

2 Tsp. Worcestershire
400 gr. beef tenderloin ground

Instructions for preparation
In a frying pan, fry the bacon until crispy and set aside. Chop half of one of the onions well and skip it, add it to the bacon and let it cool. Slice the remaining onion into thin slices and sauté over medium heat. Remove the onions from the pan and keep them warm while cooking the hamburgers. Meanwhile, mix the minced meat, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and salt in a large bowl. It incorporates the mix of bacon. Form 4 burgers. Cook the hamburgers 4 minutes on each side if you want them juicy or 6 minutes on each side if you want them to medium. Cover each hamburger with a little cheese and cover the pan until the cheese melts. Serve burgers with sautéed onions. Serve with a mixed salad of avocado and chopped tomatoes.
