Ingredients
350 ml broth of meat
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tsp. red pepper in flakes
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root
0.50 Tsp. xanthan gum
30 ml water
4 Tbsp. canola oil
2 clove (s) of Garlic
2 tbs. soy sauce
450 gr. Sirloin
400 gr. broccoli1 paprika
Instructions for preparation
Cut the stems to the broccoli so that it is in small bouquets. Slice stems into long strips. Cut the meat into slices about half a centimeter wide. In a bowl, mix the meat with soy and garlic and let it marinate for 15 minutes. To prepare the sauce, combine the ingredients of the same. Place skillet over medium-high heat on the burner with a tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot, add half the meat mixture and cook until the meat is browned about 2 minutes. Take it out of the pan and reserve. Add another tablespoon of oil and repeat to cook the rest of the meat. Pour the remaining oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, add the broccoli and cook for about 1 minute. Add water and cover skillet, stir frequently until broccoli is tender about 3 minutes. Add the cooking sauce, along with the meat. Cook until the sauce is boiling and then thick.
