Fajitas of meat with paprika

Ingredients

1 red peppers

6 tbsp. sour cream

2 tbsp. fresh green lemon juice

1 green peppers

2 jalapenos

1 tbs. canola oil

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. ground cumin

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

600 gr. Barbecue

2 red onion

2 tsp. ground coriander

6 wholemeal tortilla

Instructions for preparation

Preparation for the marinade: In a large bowl or in a sealed plastic bag, mix the garlic, salt, lime juice, jalapeƱo, cumin and olive oil and blend them together. Add the pieces of meat and cover well with the marinade. Leave them marinating in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Heat the oven to 180 C / 350 F. Wrap the tortillas in foil and heat them in the oven for 15 minutes before serving. Remove the meat and discard the marinade. Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side if you want a very juicy point; reservation. In a large skillet, heat the canola oil over medium-high heat. Cook the peppers and the onion for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Slice the meat crosswise. To cook the fajitas, spread the tortillas with sauce, cover with slices of meat and the mixture of vegetables, sour cream, and cilantro. Fold them and serve.
